Hey, I’m Brian.

When was the last time you intentionally did nothing?

I am proud to say that I’m a practitioner in the art of doing nothing. And if you stick around, I’d love to share what I learned over a decade of making this practice my own.

In a society that values productivity and achievement, moving fast and being busy is often celebrated. Growing up as a competitive athlete with ADHD, I came to gravitate towards tools and practices to help me quiet the noise and return to my calm and confident baseline. Most of us move through our days from a place of fight-or-flight, and we're not even aware of it.

The art of doing nothing is the superpower I found to be my most reliable foundation through the chaos and stress. Choosing to slow down, to notice my breath and my body has been the greatest gift and exploration.

My face becomes softer.  My shoulders drop. I can finally feel the full weight of my body sink into gravity. Slowly becoming less reactive and more responsive.

These practices have been proven to lower cortisol (stress) levels, allowing for greater creativity and more easeful productivity. There is even evidence to show that it makes us live longer. It's one of the most accessible and yet, highly underrated tools out there, lying dormant until we bring awareness to it.

Presence is a skill. A highly underutilized and imperative skill. Building from my experience in the fitness, entertainment, and wellness spaces, that's the super power I'd love to share with you.

The power of presence.

What if I told you that intentionally doing nothing will make you more productive?
